The Host Committee has negotiated a special room rate of $189.00 per night single or double with cut-off date of March 17, 2008.

Use of the Meeting hotel by the attendees is crucial in keeping the meeting costs low. 

There is a "Rate Code" that is required when you register on-line: enter "IIE" (the code is only three letters long, so it is IIE, not IEEE) to ensure you get the correct rate.  When reserving your room by phone,  mention the "IEEE, or Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers".

The cutoff date for receiving this rate is March 17, 2008. 

Reservations made after March 17, 2008, will not be at conference rate and will be subject to availability.
